| Afterschool Alliance is turning lemons into lemonade. For the past 20 years, you’ve been able to attend local Lights On Afterschool events in your community, where you’ve been able to see afterschool youth in action first-hand, from making robots and launching rockets to dance performances to color runs and art shows. Since you can’t attend this year, Afterschool Alliance is bringing Lights On to you. We are excited to tell you about SEVEN virtual events during the week of Lights On Afterschool, Oct. 19-23. Just sign up for the events you want, and log in on the event day! We are thrilled about the exciting activities – from STEM to mindfulness to Afterschool Alliance’s youth town hall – all designed with some amazing allies for our amazing partners! So if your afterschool program hasn’t signed up for LOA yet, sign your program up for one of these awesome virtual events and make it your virtual event!
